Each individual may hold only one cashpk account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with them may be voided in accordance with these Terms.

By accessing cashpk.club, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cashpk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
To be eligible to register and use cashpk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
cashpk reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. If satisfactory evidence of age cannot be provided, cashpk may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
To access cashpk's full range of products and services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, complete, and not misleading in any respect.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the cashpk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cashpk may close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical bonus credits linked to those accounts.
cashpk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point, including during withdrawal requests or account reviews. You agree to promptly supply any documentation requested by cashpk for these purposes, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cashpk account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your Account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. cashpk accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify cashpk's support team immediately at [email protected]. cashpk will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.
cashpk will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits to your cashpk Account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cashpk supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported methods and minimum/maximum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cashpk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cashpk accepts no responsibility.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. cashpk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the associated funds frozen pending verification.
cashpk processes deposits in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Card and bank transfer processing times may vary. Deposits are credited to your cashpk wallet only upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your cashpk Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, and must be directed to an account held in your own name.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification. cashpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 5 business days.
cashpk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks may extend the processing timeline. cashpk will communicate any delay and its reason to the affected Player via the registered contact method.
cashpk may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a cashpk Account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
cashpk reserves the right to determine which Players are eligible for any given promotion. Bonuses are offered at cashpk's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted and begun utilising a specific offer.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the conditions of any cashpk promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — will result in the voiding of associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
All bets placed on the cashpk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or other categories. These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.
All sports betting markets offered on cashpk, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by cashpk's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at which it was placed are fixed, except in cases of obvious error.
Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other approved suppliers are governed by the rules published by each respective game supplier. cashpk acts as the intermediary between the Player and the game supplier and is not responsible for errors or interruptions attributable to the supplier's systems.
Slot games, fishing games, and other casino products operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and specific rules are available within the game interface. cashpk does not influence game outcomes.
cashpk reserves the right to void any bet or game result that has been affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account. cashpk's decision in these matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cashpk Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:
cashpk actively monitors Platform activity for fraudulent behaviour. Any Account found to be involved in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. cashpk cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cashpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
cashpk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cashpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
cashpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cashpk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
cashpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cashpk will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the cashpk Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and cashpk and the Player agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
